“Do you think it will ever get better?”
“No, I really do not. This is our life now.”
Ω
We talk about how you can attract anything into your life that you desire, so long as you pursue it with integrity. The question then may arise, how does one attract “youth” into their aging body?
As you age in the physical body you call this life’s “home” you will see many changes that are affected by the universal law of “aging.” However, as you see and feel your body giving way of its youth to the laws of the universe, you may begin to doubt your effectiveness to attract “youth.”
The first thing that we need to understand, is what the concept of “aging” and “youth” actually is. When a body, like a car begins to “age” it starts to show signs of the years that have accumulated within it. Much like the body of a car with scratches and dents, a body begins to show similar signs of wear. Unlike a car, the body does everything it can to heal itself. As we age, though, we need to take a more active role in “intentional healing.”
“Intentional healing,” involves the focus of energy to parts of the body that may be providing us difficulty. For example, suppose you have a knee that doesn’t seem to work as well as it once did. In that case, you can focus energy to that knee, with nothing more than your mind. If you have their permission, you may also focus energy to heal others. Now, will the knee ever be like it was in your youth? Possibly. Can it be better than it is now? Absolutely.
At some point in our lives, we need to accept the universal law that all physical beings age, and eventually “die.” Now, keep in mind that when the body finishes this life’s journey, the person using said body as temporary “housing,” returns “home” to the non-physical world. As such, there is no such thing as “death” to non-physical beings. There is a similar universal law, which states, “all non-physical beings are eternal.”
When we begin to come to grips with what is happening to the body that is housing our spirit, we can begin to accept the concept of aging. Does that mean that you cannot keep your body fit and healthy? Absolutely, you can and you should. The more that you do to keep this temporary home in good “shape” the easier the aging process will be for you.

This life is a temporary journey to explore and experience people, events, and adventures in the physical world. You made a choice to enter into this journey so that you can have these experiences while achieving spiritual growth. When that journey comes to an end, you get to then relax and enjoy however much “time” you would like before doing it all over again!
