Be The Fish Jumping Out of Water

Posted - Dec• 01•13

There are many things in the air that one does not see.  Much like the wind cannot be seen, but can be felt by a casual observer walking down the street, the air around you appears invisible.

Like a fish in the ocean swims in the water that it does not see, humans move about the Earth through the air that goes unseen.  The air around you contains many nutrients such as oxygen that provide the body with the necessary fuel to stay alive, although most people do not even think about it until it is scarce.  Breathing happens naturally, unless  you have a health issue, or are in a situation, like being underwater, where you cannot breath.

Things like this go completely unnoticed when things are going well.   Much like how the energy around you goes unnoticed as well.  There is energy that flows throughout your body in such a way that it enters and exits with little regard from the host.  Many people do not feel the energy, nor know anything about it, unless, like air it becomes scarce or strained.   In those cases we sometimes do not know what is going on, but rather we continue about our day feeling a little low in energy and possibly tired.

The energy that continually passes throughout your body through the different chakras is what provides the vitality and energy that some people always seem to have, while others seem to lack it.  This energy comes from the eternal energy source and can be used to enlighten your body and provide you with an energetic day.

Sometimes this energy is affected by your thoughts.  When you think about things that put you down, causing emotions such as worry, guilt, remorse, anger, etc. the energy conduits throughout your body are constricted, which can have a spiraling effect.  When you are excited about something, you can feel a shift throughout your body caused by the influx of energy flowing through it.   If you pay close attention, you can feel the energy and help direct it to the places in your body where you would like it to go.

For instance, suppose you have chronic back pain.  The energy that flows throughout your body can be redirected simply by placing an intention on where the energy is to go, to your back.  The energy provides healing capabilities to restore the body to its normal functioning.  To do this, picture the energy flowing through your body, and place an intention to feel that energy.   Then place an intention to where you would like the energy to go in order to heal whatever needs to be healed in your body.

Much like the air that you breathe that becomes wind that you can feel, this flow of energy can be felt within your body.  When you tap into it, you can increase the amount of energy at any time, through intention.  To understand this, you might picture a fish swimming in a lake.  The water is all around the fish, but periodically, you might see a fish escape the water jumping into the air and back into the water.   During that brief instance in the air the fish is exposed to an entirely new world.  A world for which we all are aware.  However, the fish only lives in a small portion of our world.  Well, we are here to tell you that you are living in only a small portion of the “real world.”

There is so much more outside of the physical plane for which you live,  that like the fish jumping out of the water, you too, get glimpses of that world.  The question is whether or not you notice those glimpses or dismiss them.  Dismiss them as coincidence, or a fluke, or simply not seeing those glimpses.   By beginning to feel the energy flowing throughout your body, and consciously directing it to the places in your body that need healing, you are on the road to seeing more of the “other world” around you.

Start to pay attention to the air that you breathe, and have gratitude for it keeping you alive.  Pay attention to the synchronicities that are happening throughout your day, and think about what they may mean, and what part of the “other world” you are getting a glimpse of.

Much like the fish that learned how to jump from the water, you too, can learn how to jump from the water.  When you jump, look around and start to understand the world that is unknown to you.

The world around you is only the beginning of what is really there.  Be the fish that jumps out if its world in the water to get a glimpse of another world that is unknown to most.
