“What do you do when you fail at something?”
“Failure is a state of mind. As such, I never fail, but have optimistic opportunities.”
Ω
Sometimes things in life do not go as we would like. Sometimes, others and even ourselves might consider something to be a “failure.” However, we would argue that there are no “failures.” There are only opportunities for growth.
When we look at the world through the goggles of belief that “all things are perfect,” we can let go of the notion of “failure.” We can let go of the notion of “bad” and the like when we truly believe that everything and everyone that is in my life at this moment in time, is exactly where they need to be – for me. Similarly, I am in their life for a reason that involves their path as well.
Now, it is our goal and objective to be a “positive” influence in other people’s life. We would like to be the “role model” or the person who is uplifting, rather than someone who brings others down. The question is, which role are you playing right now?
When we make conscious decisions and efforts to only “uplift” we can modify the way we interact with others. We will no longer think about ourselves, but will think about how our actions and responses might affect another. We will look to make each person that we encounter’s day a little brighter. We will look to energize others rather than de-energizing them.
The interesting thing is that what we put out to the world is amplified and “echoed” back to us. When we put out positive, uplifting energy to our friends, family and co-workers, they will reflect that back. Now, you need to remember that the energy we are speaking of, is “cumulative.” That means if you decide for the next five minutes you are going to be uplifting, but have spent a lifetime being negative towards others, you will not get the reflection back to you immediately.
This is a life-long task, but the good new is you can modify your behaviors at any point in your life – beginning with today. If you find that you have “regressed” because you are in a human body that is only natural, you can simply bounce back to where you want to be. Nothing in life is permanent, and change is constant. Use some of those universal laws to your benefit and make the changes in yourself that you would like to see in another.

When we commit to a particular level of energy within ourselves, we will radiate that energy to those around us. That energy can either be bright and light, or dark and heavy – the choice is yours and yours alone!
