Brotherhood

Posted - Mar• 23•14

“You can do it,”  said the boy.  “Next time, just twist a little more and get a bit more pop out of the board.”

“Do you think so?”  the boy replied to his brother.

“Yes, you were really close.  Try it again.”

Brothers work together to encourage each other whenever they need it.  They understand each other in such a way that others find difficult to understand.  Similarly, sisters and siblings can have that understanding as well, since this connection is not reserved only for brothers.

When you have a “brotherhood” bond with another, you are able to support each other even when one may not know they need supporting.  You have formed a bond to solidify a relationship that has most likely taken place in previous lifetimes, where you once again “found” each other.  Brotherhood is a term used not for the relationship between two men, but rather, a  relationship between two souls that has lasted for many lifetimes.

The relationship is not one that many people may understand, for they can be somewhat rare.  However, to outsiders, it is something that seems unusually “easy.”  The so-called “drama of the day” seems to rarely enter the relationship.   Life just seems to happen with two wise souls sharing their journey together.

When you experience such a relationship you begin to see beyond the “chatter of the day” and the current situations you may be experiencing, to see a bigger picture.  With the encouragement of each other, and truly genuine happiness for another’s accomplishments you understand what it is like to have a “brother” that extends beyond lifetimes.

Everyone, enters their lifetime with several “brothers” around them.  Some, are truly brothers where others maybe close friends, mates, siblings, or even a parent and a child.  To understand who might be placed with you in this lifetime, you need to go  deep inside and listen to your heart.  When you suspect you may have discovered your “brothers” for this lifetime you need to make sure you are at the core of the relationship, so that you can enjoy the time remaining together in meaningful ways.

Look beyond the pettiness of the world, and possibly of the relationship and focus on “having each other’s back” and extending each other as a whole.  When two “brothers” work together, there is  little they cannot do.

The bond of brotherhood extends throughout many lifetimes.  When you find your “brothers” in this lifetime, do great things together!
