Determination is what separates many people who reach their beacons, from those who give up prematurely.  When you have the resolve to complete what you set out to do, you have a characteristic that is somewhat rare.

It is most difficult to complete a journey that has many obstacles in your path.  It is the determined individual that figures out a constant new path to get to their beacon.  Life is about determination and having the means to “fight through” the difficult times to see yourself to the beautiful view from the “summit.”

When you can understand that you are here to have difficulties in your life, and that you are almost hoping sub-consciously for some of those difficulties, you begin to understand that those difficulties promote growth and learning.  There is a reason why a teacher will not give a struggling student the answers.  It is necessary for the student to figure out the solutions on their own, so that they will learn from the process.  The same is true of your life.

What are the “solutions” that you need to figure out?  Are you constantly getting the same “lesson” over and over again?  Is someone giving you the “answers” before you figure out the answer on your own?  Maybe it’s time for you to sit quietly and understand what it is you are meant to learn at this moment in your life?

What you may find is that there are no “difficulties.”  When we understand and accept anything and everything that is “thrown” our way, we can live in a state of constant peace and joy.  We quit asking “why me?” and begin to say, “bring it on.”  We understand that we want this excitement in our life, and are not surprised when it surfaces, but rather, we welcome it.

When we welcome everything, and anything into our lives we have the ultimate understanding that everything is in perfect order.  We find joy in the small little “struggles” that pop into our day.  We find peace and calm while others may be stressing over the same events.  We understand that our life, is here to live, and that we can live it with peace and joy – always.

Let go of the need to control, and convert those emotions into acceptance.  Then look at the current “hand” that you have been dealt and figure out how to reach those beacons.  Anything, and everything is possible when you come from a place of love. Open up to those possibilities and focus on what it is you would like to bring into your life, while watching all those other little  “difficulties” disappear.
