Discovering Abundance

Posted - Oct• 23•15

When in doubt, find gratitude.  When you are afraid, find gratitude.  When you are happy, find gratitude.

When we look for the things, people and events in our lives that we are grateful for, we can overcome anything!   If you are worried, find things for which you are grateful.  Being grateful for what we have rather than longing for what is lost, is the way to happiness and joy.

Living a life of “lack” is much different from living a life of “abundance.”  One person’s lack, is another’s abundance!  It’s up to you to shift your mindset so that you see and live the abundance that you have at this moment in your life.  When we realize that we have so much for which we are grateful, we begin to focus on the things that we have rather than those that we are missing.

Every day, when you take the time to sit quietly, or possibly when you are driving to work, or you find some quiet time – go through a list of events, people, and things in your mind for which you are grateful.  In your mind, say “thank you” for being in my life.  If it’s a person, you might say their name and say thank you.  If it’s an event, say it in your mind followed by “thank you.”

You might be surprised at the power gratitude plays in the universe.  The energy of gratitude is strong and plentiful – for everyone has something for which they can be grateful.  Tap into that energy and use it to propel you to places you would like to be in your life.  For we cannot have what we want until we appreciate that which we currently have!

Gratitude is the energy that can flow through everyone.  When we all express our gratitude, we connect with each other, and tap into that powerful energy.  Appreciate what you have so that you can open the door to other things that you would like to attract into your life!
