Energy Flow

Posted - Jun• 16•14

Much like money needs to be “managed,”  energy needs to be managed.  It is beneficial to understand the flow of energy into and out of your body and your life.  When energy flows “in” and does not flow “out” it can be trapped in parts of the body.

The “type” of energy that is “trapped” determines the outcome.  When you consciously bring “healing” energy into your body, it can be slowed in areas that need healing.  The release of that energy can be slow as it progresses back out of the body.  However, negative energy that gets “lodged” in parts of your body may produce pain, for example, chronic back pain.

That negative energy may someday develop negative cells in the body to produce undesired results.   As such, it is important to recognize when energy of this type is “trapped” within the body.  Paying attention to the pains that you may experience at different times may help reveal such “trapped energy.”

For example, suppose you are having a heated discussion with a co-worker, and you feel some throbbing in your lower back – at the place where you often experience pain.  That is usually an indication of “trapped negative energy” that you need to release.

Often times, sitting quietly in meditation you can “bring in” healing energy and direct it to the area you feel may have the “trapped” negative energy. Set the intention to release the negative energy and to use the healing energy to convert any negative cells to positive ones. Repeat this process daily, until you feel the negative energy is no longer present.

Many times, we do not realize that this “trapped energy” is present in our bodies.  However, it often becomes apparent during confrontations with others.  Although, we strive to avoid “heated discussions,” when one happens you might take a moment to do a “body scan” for any unusual pains.  That is all part of the concept of “everything is in perfect order,” even an occasional argument.

When we manage the flow of cash into and out of our lives, we monitor the “cash in” and the “cash out.”  Monitoring the flow of energy in our lives is much the same.  We would like to have balance in the “flow in” with the “flow out.”  Too much energy inward – in particular negative energy can produce pains in the body.  However, unlike money, there are different types of energy, and the flow of “healing” energy “in” can exceed the flow of “healing” energy “out.”

Energy is constantly flowing in and out of your body.  When you feel negative energy flowing into your body it is important to let it pass without incident.  Understand that you have the power to guide the energies that you encounter.
