When we look inside, we can hear a voice that is guiding us on this life’s journey.  To hear that voice, you must trust and live as though you have the answers.   You must have the confidence of the “inner knowing” that resides within you.  You must quiet your mind and quiet your heart and emotions.  The “voice” that you will hear is the voice of yourself living in the non-physical plane.

Think of how you might take a guide to help you traverse the terrain of a foreign land.  You can go it alone, but it might be much more efficient and easier to follow someone who has been there before.   If you would like adventure, your guide can point you to adventures paths.  If you would like more peace and calm, your guide can help point you to the most peaceful paths.

This “guide” is available to everyone.   It is your inner-self speaking to you – that 90% of “who you are” that is in the non-physical plane.  You have the answers within, you just need to “hear” them.

Take a moment to calm and quiet your mind.  Ask yourself a question, or let the question come to you.  Think of a scene that is peaceful for you.  Maybe it’s a sunset over the ocean, or a scene in the mountains or plains.  Sink into the feelings around you and let go of the “daily chatter.”  Pay attention to what seem to be “random thoughts” that enter your mind.  That is the voice of your inner-self.  That is the voice of the source energy.  That is the voice of the universe.  That is the voice of timeless energy.  That is the voice of guidance.

When we are able to tap into the voice of our inner-self, we can pursue this life’s journey with the confidence from within, rather than looking to others for the answers.  Our life becomes “ours” again, allowing for us to have the confidence to make “mistakes.”  For when we tap into the energy of our inner-selves, we understand that we cannot make a “mistake” in the first place.
