One of the best gifts you can give to the world, is to empower those around you!

When you enter a room, does the energy level rise a bit?  When you leave an encounter with another, do they feel lifted?  Do you feel a raise in energy level  after having conversations with friends and family?

The great teachers of mankind have always lifted those around them to do great things.  When we encourage and empower others, we raise the level of energy around us, which raises the energy level of others as well.  When we empower each other, we lift the world!

Let go of the desire for personal gain.   Understand that when helping those around you do great things is like sending energy out into the world which comes back to you ten-fold!  There is no need to calculate “what’s in it for me,” when you truly care about others.  There iso need to keep a score card, on what others have done for you – but to do the right thing!

Today, after you have encounters with others, take the time to “rate yourself” on whether you help “lift” or “bring down” those around you.  Be objective in your reviews and then decide what type of person you would like to be – one that encourages, or one that discourages.

Now, think about the energy that you are putting out to the world – for that energy comes back to you magnified!  What that means is if you put out encouraging energy you will get that reflected back to you, and conversely, putting out discouraging energy is also reflected back to you.
