What in your life are you making difficult? What is currently your biggest so-called “problem?” Think for a bit, on if there was anything right now that you could resolve in your life – permanently, what would it be?
For many, there may be health issues that they would choose to “disappear” and never to return. For others, it may be an issue with a relationship, that they would either like to resolve or possibly end. For many, it could be financial issues that are “bringing you down” and not allowing for you to enjoy your life.
Keep in mind, that the choice on whether or not you are going to enjoy your life is yours, and yours alone. You may think that because you do not have as much money as you think you “need” or as much money as you “want” you are allowed to use that as the “crutch” for not having a happy life. You may think that because of a past relationship, childhood, or whatever, that you are prevented from enjoying your current life.
Look at these items in your life that are possibly “causing you hardship,” at least in your mind, and make a decision as to whether or not those items are worth your life. Is it worth giving up this time with your children, family, mate, and yourself to dwell over your financial situation?
Is it worth, dwelling over a health issue that may be limiting the length of your life, by letting it take over the amount of life you have remaining? We in no means are belittling these issues – for we understand they can be quite serious. However, at some point, you need to make a conscious decision on how you care to live this very moment.
If you are having relationship issues, make a decision – either you do what you need to do to end the relationship, or you accept the other person for who they are and move forward. Just remember, that whatever situation you are in, there would be lines of people who would gladly change their situation for yours.
What happens if you wake up and decide that you are not going to give any further energy to the situations in your life that are holding you back from happiness and joy? What if, you remove all emotional components and deal with those situations objectively without providing the fuel of your emotional energy?
Give it a try, and see how you feel. Maybe you will begin to see that things are not as bad as they may seem. Maybe you will begin to understand the “other side” of the situation and bring empathy to it. Again, we are in no way implying that these things going on in your life are not important, but what we are saying is that they do not need to bring you down the perpetual abyss of darkness.
Look up from the darkness. Look to the light, and find someone who is holding out their hand to help “pull you up” into the lightness. There are most likely many people who are willing to help you, but you may be too busy looking downward to see them standing in the light. Let others help you and someday you will be strong enough to help someone else. The cycle continues for all.

Life is not about money, this physical body, or what others may be doing that you think affects you. No, life is about learning the lessons you put before yourself when you entered this world so that you need not repeat these lessons over and over again. What is the lesson you need to learn? Figure that out, and you will be on your way to mastering this lifetime.
