Healing Thoughts

“Close your eyes and feel the energy flow through your body.  Direct it to the areas you would like to heal.”

“I can feel my body getting warm, I wonder if it’s working.”

“Yes, it’s working, sometimes at the tiniest levels.”

When we use our minds to direct energy, we can use the flow of energy to heal your body.  It is becoming somewhat common knowledge that your mind can make your body sick.  For example, the mind can cause stress, which has many adverse affects on the body.   However, few people believe that the mind can actually “heal” the body.

When you think about directing energy, the energy follows those thoughts.  You can send energy to your finger tips or the tips of your toes.  As you think about sending “energy” to those areas, you might feel the tips of your fingers and toes begin to grow warmer.  That is a result of the energy that you “sent” to your extremities with nothing more than a series of thoughts you created out of “thin air.”

Energy is flowing everywhere.  It is flowing within you, around you, and through you.  The key is to direct the positive flow of energy to the places that you would like to touch.  Conversely, negative, angry thoughts can increase the flow of energy that is negative in nature.  That energy can also be directed to places in your body where it can have an adverse affect on the body.

Do you ever find yourself in the midst of a heated discussion when you feel a throbbing pain some place in your body, such as your back?  That is because the energy flowing through your body at that point in time is charged with negativity which can create pain in the body.  Eventually, that negatively charged energy can manifest itself with negative affects throughout the body.

As such, it is important to detect and understand the importance of the thoughts and emotions that you are experiencing so that you might quickly change your thoughts to something that charges the energy in a positive manner.  When you find yourself experiencing more positive emotions than negative ones, you may find your body experiences less sickness and more health.

To intentionally send positive, healing energy to your body, focusing on specific areas, you need to find a quiet place.  Do your best to clear you mind of negative thoughts, which can be detected by your current emotional state.  If you feel frustrated, angry, or bitter, you are thinking negative thoughts.

Once you feel you have quieted the mind to some degree, you can visualize the healing light entering the crown of your head and flowing down your spine.  You can direct that healing light anywhere in your body you would like it to go.  As the light proceeds downward, you can direct it down the back of both legs, and out the bottom of your feet to the center of the Earth.  From there, you can repeat the process over and over.
