Let Your Creativity Surface

Posted - Dec• 02•14

Let your creative mind speak to you.  When you tap into your creative thoughts, you are letting your inner self speak to you.  Often times, we feel a creative thought “pop” into our head, and we often ignore the source of that thought.  We are here to tell you, that thought is coming from that non-physical part of who you are – which we refer to as your “inner self.”

Do you ever wonder why you come up with an idea in a dream, or in a state of “near waking” just prior to awaking for the day, or going to sleep?  That is a good opportunity for your inner self to access your mind, without the chatter that often consumes your thoughts.  When the mind is “quiet” you can create.  When your mind is racing, you have little energy left for anything other than the “chatter du jour.”

Let your creative energies flow through you and into your work, play, hobbies, and life.  When you are creative throughout your day in your relationships you can bring new energy to those around you – as well as to yourself.  Creativity opens up new worlds to what may have become routine.  Take an opportunity at the end of this essay,  to look around and to open up to creative ideas that have been wanting to surface.

When we let our creativity come to the surface, we begin to enjoy and appreciate our lives.  We learn to understand the energies at play at all times in our lives.  We can let ourselves  step into the role of a “creator” to attract the events, people, and things that we would like to be a part of our lives.  If you would like to be the artist of your world, it begins by thinking “outside of the box” and looking inward for your truths.

The truth comes from within for each and every person, and each person’s truth is their own.  The way to forming a connection with your inner self, that holds your truth can be accessed through your creativity.  Open up to those random thoughts and ideas that “pop” into your head, and let that creative energy surface!
