Life Breaks

Posted - Feb• 18•15

Sometimes, we just don’t know.  We may not know why we feel the way we do.  We may not know what the future holds.   We may not know why we have no energy.   Some days, we just don’t know much of anything.

When you find yourself in one of those “moments” you can take a deep breath, close your eyes and find something positive for which you can focus.  We understand that this can be difficult, but it’s important that you take the time to find a life-line to pull you out of the “don’t know” slump.

It’s okay to not always have the answers.  It’s okay to sometimes find that you are lacking energy.  Sometimes we all need a break from life.  The question is how long of a “break” are you going to take?  The longer the “break from life” the more difficult it is to get back engaged in your life.

The challenges of your life’s journey will always be there.  That is why you came to live this human experience.  Even those who appear to “have everything” still have challenges.  It’s when we think that we are alone in our challenges is when we may begin to feel justified in our actions.   The reality is that everyone is with their own challenges, but may have figured out how to deal with them, or disguise them.

Hiding the challenges of life is what we do when we go out into the public.  When we are home behind closed doors, our true self is sometimes exposed.  That is when we can let down and take off the mask that we wear outside.  Unfortunately, it is during these times that we are usually with our family.

Let your family enjoy the person that you are when you are in a state of happiness.  The biggest gift you can give your family, is your own happiness.  Open up, let go, and give up the quest that may be causing internal struggle.   Life is too short to waste any of your moments taking a “life break.”

Get back to life.  Open up to all possibilities, and pull yourself into a state of happiness.  We all know how to do it, but need to make the commitment.  Give your family the gift of a “happy home.”
