Make this Day Easy

Posted - Aug• 19•14

Yesterday we talked about how the energy that you “put out to the world” is reflected back to you.   One way to “see how you are doing” is to pay attention to what is being “bounced back” to you.

All of these concepts sound good on paper, but we’ve talked about how difficult they can sometimes be to put into practice.  Today, we would like for you to make things “easy.”  One way to learn how to trust in the universal flow of energy, and to trust in the guidance of your inner self is to “let go” and make things easy.

You know when you are making things “difficult” for yourself and others.  For example, your mate asks you a question, but you do not like how it is phrased, or how they may or may not have “enunciated” so you make them repeat it – more to your satisfaction.  Or maybe you have plenty of room to let the car in front of you into your lane, but you speed up so they have to get behind you.

How many times in the day, are you being “difficult?”  To put these concepts into practice, it begins with being nice.  Being nice to yourself, first and foremost, and then being nice to everyone for which you come into contact.  Being nice also means, “letting go.”  Letting go of the way you wished things were.  Letting go of the way you wished people would behave.  Letting go of this ideal that you know best – for everyone!

To put the concept of love, patience, happiness and joy to practice begins with a life of “ease.”  Let go of the need to be “right.”  Let go of the need to battle others.  Let go of everything that makes your life appear to be difficult, and begin to accept, embrace and appreciate what you have.  Our lives, are no better or worse than anyone else’s life.  It’s only that others have learned how to be happy no matter the circumstance.

Give yourself the gift of that elusive “happiness” by making the commitment, from this moment forward, that you will live a life of “ease.”  When you make that commitment, watch all of the challenges that you thought were in front of you, disappear like a mirage in the desert.
