Take the steps that you think are necessary at this moment, and then disconnect from the outcome.

As we pass through this lifetime, we encounter many challenges. The question is how do you behave during those challenging times? Are you in a state of gratitude, with peace and calm? Yes, for most of us, we allow the stresses of the time, to intrude on the moment in the form of anger, bitterness and frustration.
When you witness yourself showing the stresses of your life, it is okay to acknowledge those behaviors and to move forward. When you are in a human body, you will continue to behave as such. The goal however, is to live during those challenging moments the same way you live during the “peak” moments!
Think about that for a moment. What if you could always live as though you were having a “peak” moment? That means when things are more difficult, or you are in a “lower” moment, you can continue onward with happiness and joy. That means you understand that “this moment shall pass as well.” That means that you understand that everything in this lifetime is in perfect order at this moment in this life!

Take the time today to acknowledge and recognize, your “high” and “low” moments. Take time to appreciate and accept the “low” moments as much as you do the “high” ones. For the challenging moments are what make the celebratory moments that much special!
