Rekindling Inspiration

Posted - Aug• 25•16

What inspires you?  Do you know anymore what inspires you?  When we are younger it seems that question is easier to answer, but as we age, it seems we begin to forget.

When we live an inspired life, we are able to easily overcome the events that would otherwise cause us angst.  Living an inspired life means we are living a life of vitality and optimism.  When we are inspired, we do not feel sick, or worried – no, we feel energetic and alive!

If you feel that you have lost some of your inspiration for living, look back to a time in your life when you were inspired.  Maybe you were in college and you had discussions with fellow students about how to make the world a better place.  Maybe you had inspiration when you entered your first job and you felt that you could contribute to the company’s mission.

If your inspiration for living is a little buried, maybe it’s time to bring it to the surface.  When we live with inspiration, we keep the focus on the things, events and people that we would like to attract into our lives.  When we live an inspired life, we encourage others through our actions, to live their own inspired life.

Think about what it is you would like in this lifetime.  If that is a difficult question for you to answer, it’s time to address it.  Everyone has something in this lifetime that they would still like to do – no matter how old you are!  When we quit living, we are no longer engaging.  Today is the day, to get back the inspiration that you once had.  If you currently have that inspiration, keep the energy around it and let it be infectious to those around you.

Inspiration to create and do things in this lifetime begins with a thought.  The thought is the seed of the growth for wonderful things.  The question you must answer is “are your thoughts those that promote inspiration?”
