Sometimes we just need a little silence. Silence from our phones, from our televisions, from other people, and from the world around us.
Do you ever gift yourself with a moment or two of silence? An opportunity where you may sit by yourself, close your eyes, and let go of everything going on around you? Do you take the opportunity to clear your mind?
Silence is something that is ever-more forgotten in this electronic, physical world in which we live. There are still some cultures that have avoided the “electronic age” but those, too are being infiltrated with personal, electronic devices.
The world of electronics has helped connect people across the globe. It has many advantages and benefits over other generations that lived without those capabilities. However, we need to ask the question as to whether or not I can still sit by myself. Am I able to be alone with myself, while being “unplugged” from the rest of the world?
We recommend that you take some time each and every day to “unplug” and sit in silence. Let your mind take a break from “thinking” and open it up to “listening”. When we open our minds to “listening” we are able to hear our non-physical self communicate with us. We are able to take guidance and direction from our spirit guides. We are able to let go and to just “be.”

Today is a great day to practice sitting in silence. Unplug, and sit quietly by yourself. Find yourself again, if it’s been lost in the electronic age, and open up to the part of you that makes you great!
