Why do you figure that more of us do not take the attitude of “working together?”   Could it be that would mean we might have to compromise?  Maybe we would have to admit that we cannot do it all alone – or that it is most efficient to work as a team?

For thousands of years, mankind has realized that working together is more efficient and more powerful than working alone.  Yet, for some reason there is a tendency to “do it myself.”

As you go about your day, look around for areas where you might be better served working with a team.  Look around for situations and opportunities to grow – along with others beside you.  Let go of your ego, and the need to be the “hero,” and work with others to accomplish the things that you need to accomplish.

People are much happier with the camaraderie of others.  Use that camaraderie to build great things.  Yes, there are times when you need to do your own work.  However, there are many times where a team can do much greater things together rather than separately!
