Waves of Fear

Posted - Apr• 30•15

When you feel yourself slipping into fear, “look up” and look to your beacon, while visualizing yourself at the destination.

No matter how much you meditate, or practice living your own growth, you may find yourself slipping back into old patterns of fear.  This is only natural for physical beings.  The easiest way out of fear is to look at the beacons you have planted and begin to visualize yourself arriving at those beacons.  Place yourself there, so you can feel it, and see it in your mind’s eye.  Focus on the positive energy around you letting it extinguish the fearful energy.

Repeat the word “trust” over and over to yourself.  Know that everything is perfect in your world, exactly as it needs to be at this moment.  Know that fear is coming from the ego and the negative energy.  Let the fear pass through you, unobstructed without thought.  It’s okay to have “waves of fear” so long as you let them pass through you.  It’s when the fear stops and lodges itself somewhere inside of your body, it creates a sort of “dam” blocking the flow of energy.

Fear is a natural emotion.  It is one that can sometimes alert us to danger.  However, it is usually rooted in the fear of the unknown future.  When that is the case, it serves no purpose but to distract you from this moment you hold in your hand.  Pay attention to the “waves of fear” that come over you.  Recognize them, and let them pass through you.  Visualize the future that you desire and place your energies there!  Those energies will then attract more positive energies into your life.
