A great leader has no followers.   A great leader inspires people to lead for themselves.

Often times, we look to others for the answers to our questions.   Often times, we look to others for the “way.”  Often times, we look to others for our knowledge.  All of the answers, our guide, and our knowledge is within.

Everything that you need to know about this life’s journey is within you.  Sure, you need to continually learn, but the answers to the questions regarding your life are within you.  Have the confidence to know what it is you need to do.  Listen to that inner yearning for the direction of your growth.  Open up to the ideas that you have within you.  Let go of the negativity of those around you, and be who you are.

When we inspire others to lead for themselves, we are helping those people find their inner guidance.  When we demonstrate our own capabilities of tapping into the “source” we are teaching by example.  There is much to learn in this lifetime, and the many other lifetimes you have and will live.  The more we understand that the answers to the really tough questions are within, the sooner we will learn the lessons of this lifetime.

Today is a good day, to identify times when you look to others for the answers to your own questions.  Take the time, to quiet your mind, and ask the questions to your inner self.  You might be surprised to hear the “voice” of the source.  Have the confidence to accept those answers, and to understand that no one knows better than you!
